Service period, refunds, and cancellations.

Service period

One-time license — Lifetime access to the version purchased. License is activated on up to 2 machines simultaneously. Future major versions may require a separate purchase.

Monthly subscription — Active for 30 days from the billing date. Includes a 7-day free trial on first purchase. Auto-renews monthly until cancelled.

Annual subscription — Active for 365 days from the billing date. Includes a 7-day free trial on first purchase. Auto-renews annually until cancelled.

Refund policy

Free trial — No charge is made during the 7-day trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends with no cost.

Subscriptions — Refunds for the current billing period are available within 3 days of the charge if the service was not used. Partial refunds for unused days are not provided after this window.

Cancellation

PayPal subscriptions — Cancel anytime from your PayPal account under Payments > Manage automatic payments. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refund is issued for the remaining days.

KG Inicis billing (card) — Contact yeonfish6040@gmail.com with your order ID to cancel recurring billing. Cancellation requests received before the next renewal date will stop future charges.

Does FaceSort upload my photos?

No. Recognition is performed by the desktop app. The web service handles licensing only.

Does licensing upload my photos?

No. License verification sends license and machine information only.

Does it support RAW files?

Yes. RAW previews can be used for recognition and export can include RAW, JPG, or paired files.
